Senior Compensation Analyst :
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of broad-based compensation programs for Univar's Chemical Distribution business unit. This role assists in the day-to-day operations of compensation processes, conducts market research, and provides analytical support to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation practices. The position reports to the Manager, Compensation and plays a key role in maintaining compensation data integrity and responding to inquiries.
What You'll Do :
- Consult HR business partner on compensation related queries and partner with them on projects
- Manage global salary survey submissions and participation, collecting and organizing data for analysis
- Conduct market research and prepare compensation analyses to support decision-making
- Assist in the annual compensation planning process, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs
- Administer the corporate compensation email box, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Support the development and maintenance of compensation policies and procedures
