Position : Home Health Aide – Full-Time
Location : Waterbury, CT and surrounding towns.
Education / Qualifications : Candidates must possess a current Connecticut CNA license and possess and maintain CPR certification. Home health care experience is preferred.
Shift / Schedule : Days, evenings, and weekend.
Benefits : 1. Competitive Pay –
a. Pay range of $18.00 - $20.00 / hour.
2. Mileage reimbursement of $0.50 / mile.
3. Paid Time Off – 3 weeks, accrued weekly, plus 8 hours of float holiday.
4. Company Holidays – 6 company paid holidays observed (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day)

Job Description :
- Provide health care services in patients residences.
- Perform domestic and household tasks.
- Assist with clients personal care activities.
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services.
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies / exercises.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements and is in good working order.
Salary : $18 - $20
