UAC specializes in 2000- and 7000-series alloys and offers a full range of alloys and tempers that can be tailored to a customers particular application.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Exercise and promote safety
- Match purchase order and invoice for all invoices
- Code all invoices
- Enter all invoices into Business Central
- Generate weekly check run for A/P
- File A/P documentation for all invoices
- Interact with vendors on calls verifying the status of invoices
- Process all copies of invoices in which Sales Tax should be paid, for the Sales Tax returns to be filed quarterly
- Complete account analysis and special projects as requested
- Prepare monthly accruals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: HS Diploma a must; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum Experience: minimum of 4 years experience
- Certifications Required: None
- Computer systems: Microsoft Business Central experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively listen and communicate ideas and thoughts to others; able to assimilate ideas originated by others; excellent customer service skills
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel
- Mathematical Skills: Good mathematical skills; proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Reasoning Skills: Ability to carry out and communicate written and/or oral instructions

- Schedule: 1st shift
Safety
