Job Purpose : Provide high-level administrative support to executives and ensure the efficient operation of the executive’s office.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide all-rounded human resources support and administrative support to Senior Management in a professional manner
- Arrange & coordinate scheduling / international and local travel, calendar management & meetings for senior management
- Work closely with commercial team and HR in PR duties
- Prepare various types of documents including presentation materials, management report, minutes and meeting agenda etc.
- Maintain records, filing and handle details of highly confidential matters properly
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform ad-hoc duties and business travel as assigned by company
