ADC Sales and Operations Coordinator is the support of the Disassembly Operations Manager. This individual should expect to perform a variety of roles in support of the overall operations of the disassembly facility, as well as to be a leadership back-up in the Disassembly Operations Manager absence if the Director of Disassembly Operations is unavailable.
The Sales and Operations Coordinator plays an important supporting role in development of the business. In addition to supporting physical operations, the Sales and Operations Coordinator will have oversight in “special/ad-hoc project quality and efficiency, shipping operations, as well as other plans and strategies, as assigned by the Disassembly Operations Manager.
The Sales and Operations Coordinator will support the Disassembly Operations Manager in formulating policy, plan the use of materials and human resources, while driving safety and efficiency within the company.

Duties:
- Support the implementation of short and long term programs and processes to optimize work flow.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Disassembly Operations Manager.to ensure his/her facility is in conformance with OSHA and all, industry, local, state and federal regulations.
- Assist in Implementing UAM AFRA, ASA, and Hazmat programs.
- Manage local community relationships, as assigned by Disassembly Operations Manager to improve the communities which UAM is located and maintain strong, positive corporate presence.
- Facilitate any sales RFQ (Request for Quote) and RFP (Request for Purchase), shipping product documentation and customer service.
- Support in the development of world-class disassembly and project management processes.
- Create and drive a culture of excellence, where teamwork and active problem-solving result in continuous improvement throughout the operational process.
- Ensure all special and ad-hoc orders are adhered to in a timely manner.
- Communicate all delays on special and ad-hoc projects to Disassembly Operations Manager.
- Abide by company policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment.
- Remove all parts with the highest safety and quality as possible.
- Work well in a group and handles large tasks with minimum guidance.
- Work in a variable of climate conditions
- Tasks may vary, therefore successful candidate must be flexible and a team player.
- Ability to travel when needed to offsite projects.

- Undergraduate/Associates degree or equivalent field experience required
- Possess practical exposure in aspects of operations management including aircraft management, project management, quality control systems, workflow, policy interpretation, and safety and performance measurement.
- Comfort and confidence operating within a complex, multinational corporate structure.
- The ability to think and plan at a strategic level.
- Experience in all facets of Microsoft Suite.
- Possess a hands-on in approach and willing to roll up his/her sleeves in a team environment.
- Proven ability to take ownership and personally meet deadlines, as well as hold others (direct and indirect reports, and peers) accountable to deadlines.
