Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve vehicles in an organized manner, ensuring efficient use of space.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and provide information about available services.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
- Manage keys and ensure proper documentation for all vehicles on the lot.
- Collaborate with sales staff to facilitate vehicle deliveries and test drives.
- Operate manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently when required.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash registers or retail math is a plus for handling transactions.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
