We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Preparer / Accountant with 10-15 years of experience in preparing and filing 1120 and 1120-S tax returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. This position is open for immediate hire offering great pay and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Tax experience preparation.
- Extensive knowledge of 1120 (C-Corporation) and 1120-S (S-Corporation) tax returns.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, compliance, and financial statements.
- CPA or EA preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns (1120 & 1120-S) accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Provide tax planning strategies for corporate clients.
- Work closely with clients to address tax-related concerns.
