What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Universal Building Materials?
· Answer incoming phone calls.
· Answer emails and any text received.
· Greet and assist customers with any questions.
· Take orders/quotes from customers.
· Create refunds and returns for customers.
· Process orders in the system and post payments accurately.
· Call vendors in search of prices & availability of products.
· Keep customers updated with their orders.
· Open and close out their register at the end of every day.
· Restock and price incoming inventory.
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, such as store cleaning.
· Comply with handbook policies.
· Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
