Assisting the Creative Team with everything from creating Decks for presentations to creating artwork and illustrations. Utilizing software and illustrative skills, the intern will quickly draft drawings to support ongoing projects and support the concept illustrators.
Major Responsibilities
- Creates presentation decks.
- Creates artwork and illustrations.
- Builds comprehensive prop lists and tracking within Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
- Attends weekly meetings and sporadic brainstorming sessions.
- Pivots quickly to accomplish tasks, illustrate sketches, and learn new skills.
- Assists coordinator with common tasks.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This position requires a portfolio of work examples – if available, include a web address with your resume.
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
- Preferred majors include: Theater, Art, Media, or similar.
- Experience with PowerPoint/Keynote.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Pro Tools, and/or other media programs.
- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
