You’ll learn more about this during the recruitment process.Work Location : NBC 30 Rock, New York City, NYComp : $145,000-$185,000JOB SUMMARY : This position is a key executive leader on the Global Partnerships team, responsible for Brand Business Development, Domestic Outer US promotions, and New Ventures promotions. This Team Member will work day-to-day with both external and internal partners, while also working closely with the team Vice President. This position will also have leadership responsibilities as they will manage their own team and lead the overall team in the absence of the Vice President.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : Pitch and secure major Brand promotions as part of their Business Development responsibilities for UO, USH, and UDX. Track trending patterns and industry knowledge of external partners to form meaningful promotions for UO, USH, and UDX.Pitch, secure, and oversee Domestic UO Promotional opportunities.Pitch, secure, and oversee promotions for New Ventures / Texas, as well as other regions under development.Represent the Global Promotions team with key internal partners, partnering with creative, legal, fulfillment, brand, events, production, etc. to ensure the effectiveness and success of all Promotions.Lead and manage the Global Promotions team when the Vice President is traveling.Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree is required.EXPERIENCE : 10 years in securing or developing marketing / promotional programs within the media, consumer products, packaged goods, telecom, entertainment, and / or tourism industry.Proven track record of successfully integrating promotional campaigns with various businesses.Or equivalent combination of education and experience.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.This position requires relationships, market knowledge, interpersonal skills and must provide hands-on leadership to implement successful strategy and results.The ideal candidate will have a background including working with strong National promotions.Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
