Job Description:
- Assist homeowners in reducing utility costs with renewable energy solutions.
- Travel throughout the area with the Sales team and canvas neighborhoods.
- Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through the energy transition process.
- Daily responsibilities may include qualifying customers, managing leads, and closing contracts in-home.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $150,000 - $400,000 per year.
- Bonuses: Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly incentives, with rewards such as company trips, self-development events, and contests.
- Contract Type: 1099 contractor for tax purposes.
