Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic English language communications required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 250 pounds.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented.
- Handles all luggage, baggage, packages, etc. carefully and safely.
- Completely familiar with all room types, room amenities and Hotel facilities, provides such information to Hotel guests.
