- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all energy-related inquiries
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct business to business sales to expand the client base
- Conduct presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits and value of our services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and support, to ensure the successful delivery of energy solutions to clients
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and legislative developments to inform sales strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities to management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the energy sector
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
