- Manage and nurture relationships with existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Understand client needs and requirements to propose upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of energy solutions
- Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, sales opportunities, and revenue forecasts
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
