Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective commercial clients through lead generation, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct comprehensive energy assessments to understand client energy requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of energy solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy industry or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships
- Strong understanding of commercial energy solutions and energy management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
