By understanding our customers’ experiences and perceptions, you will play a key role in developing strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to existing customers to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
- Analyze customer feedback and retention metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional service while guiding customers toward renewal or upgrade options.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings based on customer feedback.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retention roles, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess customer data and feedback.
