Sales Representative - Boston, MA

Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our sustainable energy solutions to businesses and individuals in the Boston area.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience, preferably in the energy industry, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, emphasizing their value and benefits
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy or renewable industry
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
• Residence in or near the Boston, MA area
