Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, utilizing tools for diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including the use of diagnostic tools like an Ohmmeter.
- Experience in supervising teams and leading projects effectively.
- Ability to weld and fabricate as required for repairs.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and teamwork.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
