Role Overview
As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be the critical link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of customer orders—from initial order receipt and digital processing to coordinating with our warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for seamless execution. Your role is designed for a dynamic, tech-savvy professional who is eager to learn and master innovative technologies, including AI-powered tools, to elevate our order fulfillment process. You will be in charge of making sure customer orders are delivered correctly, on time and under budget.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Order Flow
- Order Intake: Receive customer purchase orders and input them accurately into our digital systems.
- Workflow Coordination: Route each order through the appropriate processes—ensuring accurate documentation, verifying quantities and materials, and linking to the correct sales orders and quotes.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Internal Communication: Work closely with our logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure that all aspects of order processing—from procurement to invoicing—are coordinated seamlessly.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order confirmations, expected delivery dates, and any updates or issues that arise.
- Embrace Digital Tools & Technology
- Digital Platforms: Leverage our innovative digital tools and databases to monitor order status, compliance, and most importantly deliver orders correctly, on time, and under budget.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality
- Documentation: Ensure that all necessary compliance documents, such as quality certificates and Material Test Reports (MTRs), are complete and accurate.
- Quality Control: Work with the warehouse team to verify that all materials meet our strict quality standards before shipment.
- Continuous Improvement
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflow processes and enhance efficiency using digital and AI-driven solutions that make sense in optimizing workflows.
- Learning & Growth: Participate in ongoing training programs, including comprehensive instruction on our digital platforms and next-generation AI tools, to continuously improve your skills and contribute to our evolving operations.
