Key Responsibilities:
- Nutrition Consultations: Engage with patients to understand their health goals, dietary preferences, and restrictions. You’ll be their go-to guide for personalized nutrition plans.
- Create Custom Nutrition Plans: Design individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Track Client Progress: Compile relevant information and monitor patients’ progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure success.
- Documentation: Enter patient data into the database accurately and ensure all progress is tracked.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest trends and discoveries in the nutrition field to deliver the best guidance to your patients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietetics principles
- Experience in health coaching and patient assessment
- Familiarity with care plans and diagnostic evaluations
- Supervisory experience in dietary departments or long-term care settings
- Understanding of physiology and tube feeding methods
- Experience in acute care and geriatrics settings
