Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Monitor and Assess: Regularly check and document vital signs, patient symptoms, and responses to treatments. Your keen eye makes a big difference!
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside RNs, CNAs, and healthcare teams to ensure every patient gets the best care possible.

Qualifications:
- Active LPN License in California (don’t leave home without it!).
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC): Previous experience in LTC settings is a big plus.
- BLS Certification: Basic Life Support certification required (no superhero cape needed).
