Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in an outpatient setting.
• Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer prescribed medications, monitor side effects, and provide wound care or other treatments as needed.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Assess and document changes in patients’ conditions, ensuring care plans are followed and updated.
• Patient and Family Education: Guide patients and families on care routines, medications, and follow-up care, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care and progress to ensure a seamless experience for the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, RNs, and other professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Promote a Safe and Comfortable Environment: Help patients feel at ease during their visits and ensure the outpatient clinic is organized and welcoming.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License: A current LPN license in North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure).
• Outpatient Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient or clinic setting is a plus but not required—we’ll help you succeed!
• BLS Certification: Required (because your quick thinking saves lives).
• Excellent Communication Skills: Whether you’re explaining medical details or sharing a kind word, you’ve got it covered.
• Positive Energy: You bring warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every shift.
