Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patient conditions, take vital signs, and monitor overall health.
- Medication Administration: Ensure accurate administration and documentation of prescribed medications.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
