We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg RN to join our team for a travel assignment in the Adult Medical-Surgical unit. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care.
Shift Information:
- Rotating shifts: Days/Nights
- Includes weekends and varied scheduling
- Night shift focus

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and nursing best practices
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and other nursing staff
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
- Ensure patient safety and follow infection control protocols
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and communication
- Adapt to a rotating shift schedule and weekend coverage as required
Certifications/Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact or Nebraska license required)
- BLS/BCLS Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent Adult Med-Surg experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
