Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate interviews available!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with urgent medical conditions
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Active RN license in [Insert State]
- Minimum 1-2 years of ED experience required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS/CPR, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize patient care effectively
Preferred Certifications:
- TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP (Highly preferred)
