Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU/CCU Float Pool to join our team. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and comfortable floating between different departments, including the possibility of floating to Cascade Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality critical care to patients in the ICU/CCU Float Pool
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies
- Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support as required
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Be flexible and available to float to various units as needed
Certifications & Requirements:
- Active RN License in Washington State (WA RN)
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications (must be current)
- Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience required
- Willingness to float to other departments, including Cascade Valley
- Ability to be called off up to 3 shifts per assignment

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,350.00 per week
