Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care to Med Surg patients, including administering medications, monitoring progress, and providing holistic support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality patient care.
- Monitor & Assess: Keep a sharp eye on patients’ conditions, checking vitals, recognizing changes, and acting promptly.
- Patient Education: Guide patients and their families through care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions with compassion and clarity.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to ensure seamless communication within the care team.
- Infection Control: Uphold all safety and cleanliness protocols to protect patients and staff.

Qualifications:
- Current RN License: Active Colorado license or a compact state license.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
