Hourly Rate (W2): $20/hr
Non-Taxable Stipend: $1930/week
Weekly Gross Pay: $2650

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown (PCU) for an exciting opportunity at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in progressive care and acute settings and must be adaptable to floating to different facilities within Region I if required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• License to Submit: Yes, willing to wait
• BSN Required: No
• Orientation Hours: 12 Hours
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes

Schedule & Shift Details

• Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required

• Unit Capacity: 24 beds
• Ratios: 1:3-4

• Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS)
• COVID-19 Infection
• Hypertensive Urgency

• Post-Cardiac Catheterization Patients
• Alcohol Withdrawal (ETOH)
