Job Description
UHealth is a physician group that specializes in strategic partnerships with skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. We are seeking candidates for our Post Acute Long Term Care Transition to Practice Program. The goal of this program is to identify, hire, train, and develop Nurse Practitioners as clinical leaders to represent our company in designated skilled facilities across Virginia and North Carolina. This elite program serves as a pipeline to fill Provider vacancies in our current and newly acquired partner facilities.
The first week will be on site at our corporate headquarters in Roanoke, Virginia. Here, you will meet our corporate team and learn how we strive to accomplish our Mission of Providing Better Care to Make a Difference through leadership, clinical expertise, and collaboration. The program will progress in 30-, 60-, and 90-days phases, with a balance of didactical and clinical experience in order to prepare you to excel as a Clinician in the Post Acute Long Term Care setting
Must have completed a Nurse Practitioner Program at a Master's Level.
