Responsibilities:
Regional Finance Director
Primary function is to conduct monthly financial statement and operational reviews, attesting to the accuracy and integrity, for assigned facilities. The process is undertaken to subject the monthly financial statements and results of operations to an independent review and identify potential reporting errors or concerns. Any material misstatements of the financial results are corrected prior to the corporate consolidation and SEC reporting process.

Regional Finance Director

Conducts monthly financial statement and operational reviews.
Analyzes, discusses, and makes recommendations, with facility management and corporate administration, the financial impact of proposed operational changes.
Recruits, manages and develops facility senior financial staff.
Develops guidelines, assists facilities and reviews annual budget preparations.
Develops standardized and current policies procedures and reporting mechanisms related to financial operations, reporting, and systems conversions at the facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned/required.
Qualifications:
Analyzes, discusses, and makes recommendations, with facility management and corporate administration, the financial impact of proposed operational changes.

Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Preferred)
8-10 years of related experience required (10 years preferred)
Five years plus progressive experience in a financial capacity at a health care facility. Experience directing Medical Records (HIM), Business Office, Materials Management and Accounting departments preferred. Experienced with information systems conversions, excellent computer skills on various systems.
