The UHS Corporate Clinical Services Department is hiring a Scheduling System Administrator to provide configuration and end user support for the Scheduling system as an expert user for the UHS Behavioral Health Division. One of the primary functions of the role will be to support end users (staffing coordinators , managers, directors, and C-suite leaders) with their scheduling related questions such as creating a balanced schedule, managing daily schedules, overall system utilization, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities include :
Ensure standard configurations are developed and maintained. Manage queue of support tickets and liaise with UHS personnel and vendor to close tickets within established turnaround time goals
Develop and deliver training materials for end users
Manage operational and infrastructure questions and issues with scheduling inputs such as skills / certifications / licenses, HR / demographic data, business structure changes, schedule rules, schedule templates and shifts, call list setup, etc.
Monitor metrics and KPI's. Provides reports related to scheduling performance to identify trends and variances. Suggests ways to remediate issues and enforce protocols and standards to Behavioral Health Leadership
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a clinical, health science or information technology related field required with 5 - 8 years' experience in a scheduling system.
