The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented Claims Resolution Specialist.
The Claims Resolution Specialist is responsible for working in conjuncton with the Operations Manager to review payer inventories and identify trends in accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Analyze Payer inventories, identify and root cause adverse trends in A/R.
- Establish and build relationships with major payer representatives at third party insurance companies and facility management staff
- Support CBO in communication and interaction with key facility contacts towards resolution of accounts.
- Handle difficult patient and third party payer calls and higher level collection efforts.
- Review and/or create daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills, keen eye, and time management needed to successfully support two key systems' maintenance and ongoing builds, in addition to scheduled reporting:Artiva HCx System and Web Reports Support, Ongoing evaluation and support of Artiva reporting (Web Reports). Position will continually review existing reporting and pinpoint needed updates, in addition to supporting new report build requests. Will work with operations manager and corporate reporting team to open tickets and coordinate updates and needed changes.
- Artiva HCx system workflow issues and new ticket requests.
- Position will coordinate with internal departments on flagged issues and new workflow requests.
- Will work with operations manager and corporate Artiva team to prioritize new and existing incidents for resolution of exiting issues and new functionalities.
- Provide Artiva HCX workflow troubleshooting support to internal customers
- Scheduled Reporting
- Support the compilation and distribution of scheduled CBO reporting out of Data Warehouse and Web Reports

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), customer focused for internal and external customers, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- 1-3 years experience in a healthcare business office setting preferred
- Must be proactive, assertive and articulate knowledge and understanding of payer claims processing philosophies
- Ability to analyze payer inventories, identify and root cause adverse trends in AR.
- Establish and build relationships with major payer representations at third party insurance companies.
