The Vines Hospital , located in Ocala, FL is a premier behavioral health facility offering individualized mental health and addiction treatment to adults in a secure and private setting. Our services include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. We offer acute psychiatric, detox, and PTSD treatment.
Our Location :
We are located in picturesque Marion County, FL. The county is known as the Horse Capital of the World. Enjoy the outdoors at one of the county's serene parks, which includes wonderful hiking trails, river rafting, and tubing. Qualifications
Education :
High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred.
Experience :
Prefer experience in a psychiatric hospital setting as a Mental Health Tech working with children, adolescents and / or adults preferred.
Skills :
Have the ability to deal with diverse and stressful situations in a calm manner. Must be detailed orientated with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must have good organizational and computer technical skills. Proficient in Excel and maintaining spreadsheets.
Physical Requirements :
Must be regularly able to sit for periods up to eight (8) hours. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
