Forest View Hospital, located just seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a private 108 bed psychiatric facility that serves children, adolescents and adults. We are licensed by the State of Michigan, fully accredited by The Joint Commission and we bring more than 45 years of experience to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health problems. As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking a Market Director of Outpatient Services. In addition to oversight of the Forest View Outpatient Programs this role will also open a PHP program as part of Southridge Behavioral Hospital. Southridge is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility opening in Spring 2025.

The Market Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for operations, clinical oversight and marketing of the Outpatient Medication Management Clinic, Telepsych, IOP and Partial Hospitalization programs to include, but not limited to: programs and personnel development; management; evaluation; coordination and integration of hospital services; budget and cost control; census development and maintenance.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree preferred. Bachelors Required.
- Psychiatric experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to priortize and coordinate multiple priorities
