Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 65-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Position Description
- Receives complaints concerning patient rights, conducts investigations and reports results according to state and hospital standards.
- Trains and communicates with staff concerning patient rights, best practices, and collaborates for solutions to address patient grievance and complaints.
- Advocates for patients by being present and available on all patient care units and acting as a resource for resolving issues.
- Facilitates all coordination needed with the Probate Court system.
- Coordinate and participate in the Recipient Rights Advisory Committee.
