Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Supervisor - Admissions. The Admissions Supervisor supports the purpose and procedure of the entire admission process and assists with supervision of Intake and Mobile staff. They present good communication and observation skills as well as the ability to accurately process and document information.

ABOUT SPRING MOUNTAIN TREATMENT CENTER:

Spring Mountain Behavioral Services has provided mental health services to the Las Vegas community since 2001, treating children, teens, adults and senior adults with behavioral health or addiction issues. We offer a supportive and healthy environment with 24-hour care that allows people of all ages to make positive changes in their lives. Our primary location, Spring Mountain Treatment Center, focuses on the stabilization of acute symptoms for patients age 5 to 65, along with select outpatient care programs for teens. Our secondary location, Spring Mountain Sahara, houses our Adult Outpatient and Senior Adult Inpatient programs.

Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Masters preferred with major academic studies in psychology, social work or health/counseling field.
• Mental Health License preferred; including appropriate on-the-job training and expeirence to meet the duties and responsibilities of this position.
• Must have three (3) years' experience working in a clinical setting, providing direct patient care and/or previous admission experience. Prior supervisory experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of organizational structure and programs provided by the hospital.
• Must have marketing and sales abilities, as well as, the ability to complete clinical assessments.
• Must have knowledge of community resources.
• Understand and honor the established hospital rules, regulations and Policy and Procedures.
• Good communication skills, i.e., reading, writing, and speaking
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Good leadership qualities which includes self-control, patience, and empathy
• Obtain BLS Basic Life Support certification
• New hires are required to attend 1 full week of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
• Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check)
