Located on a 27-acre wooded campus, Fairmount Behavioral Health System is a peaceful, therapeutic environment for patients and families. Fairmount is a major regional resource for children, adolescents and adults who have psychiatric and behavioral problems as well as alcohol and drug dependency needs. The spacious campus borders Fairmount Park in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. With one of the leading alcohol and drug detox and rehab programs in Philadelphia, Fairmount is the provider of choice for individuals requiring specialized co-occurring psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment. We are currently seeking part-time Utility Worker (Dietary Services) to join our team.
The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room area, assumes dishwashing and pot responsibilities, receives incoming deliveries, maintains stock in the storage and dining room areas and delivers patient meal trays to the units. The Tray position is responsible for assembling patient food trays in accordance with the specified dietary requirements. Both positions function in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivilent.
- Prefer food service experience preferable in a hospital, health care or hospitality setting. Knowledge of basic math, equipment usage, cleaning products, safety and infection control practices preferred.
