The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is hiring a Supervisor, Digital Design & UX to champion design direction and oversight of all digital deliverables, including websites, landing pages, digital newsletters, emails and microsites, across Corporate and all subsidiary properties.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Identifies and directs strategies to improve the user experience (UX) across digital properties.
- Collaborates closely with Creative Design team driving brand, campaign and print deliverables, to define and align brand elements and ensure consistency.
- Oversees team of digital designers and UX designers, assigning project teams and providing coaching.
- Drives evolution and adoption of attractive and user-friendly digital assets, ensuring client needs and deadlines are met.
- Establishes UX best-practices, leveraging data and understanding user profiles, stakeholder feedback and current trends.
- Creates and maintains a multi-brand design system.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 -8 years of experience required.
Analytical problem-solving skills, excellent writing and presentation skills with experience in presenting design solutions to project stakeholders.
Art direct internal resources and / or collaborate with external agency partners.
