Opportunity Details
- Independent Contractor position
- Case load of Child/Adolescent & Adults
- Provide on site Medical Services to psychiatric patients
Duties include:
- History & Physicals for all ages
- Medical call 15 days/month (16th-31st)
Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
- KY APRN License or ability to obtain
