Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a transformational executive to lead Cornerstone Regional Hospital in Edinburg, TX as our Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading, challenging and reviewing strategic annual plans and budgets with the goal of providing superior patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital senior team and participate in medical staff and governance strategic planning sessions.
• Meet regularly with assigned hospital leadership to examine current financial performance, evaluate forecasts, and assure appropriate and timely interventions.
• Affirm consistent compliance with quality, risk, financial, human resources, and other expectations that align with UHS standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve overall patient satisfaction and commit to delivering exceptional service excellence.

Requirements

• MBA, MHA or related Degree from an accredited college/university program preferred.
• 5-8 Years of Related Hospital experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and executive management skills.
• Ability to manage diverse relationships between board members, physicians, management, employee groups, and the community.
• In-depth understanding of financial management, operations, strategic needs, and interventions at the facility level.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
