Job Description
Job Title : Registered Nurse
Job Specialty : Employee Health
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week
Experience : 2 years in Employee Health, experience in HR-related nursing required
License : Active RN License required
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
Must-Have : Occupational Health Nursing Certification (COHN) preferred
Job Description :
- Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
- Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Employ the concepts of Patient Centered Care as the foundation for all nursing care.
- Demonstrate service excellence standards consistently.
- Graduate of an accredited or National League for Nursing-approved RN program.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessments required by the facility.
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Maintain effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities.
