Position : Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA - Home Care )

Location : Barre, VT 05641

Pay scale : $1200 Weekly gross for 36 hrs

Shift : Flexible

Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent patient care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
  • Respond to patient calls, assess needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, food intake, and urinary / fecal output.
  • Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
  • Remind patients to take medications and supplements. Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Requitements :

  • State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association).
  • Nursing degree from a CNA program
  • CNA License
  • COVID Vaccination / Valid CPR / Health Documents / License / Physical
