Shift Notes : 36 hours weekly
W2 Pay Per hour : $45 to $48
Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional patient care, providing assistance with daily activities and personal care.
- Respond to patient needs promptly, assessing requirements and offering appropriate support.
- Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and urinary / fecal output.
- Communicate with medical professionals to gather information on patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Assist patients with medication reminders, staying current with relevant training and adhering to facility policies.
