Position : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - SNF

Location : Santa Monica, CA

Pay scale : $42-48 (Open to discuss during interview)

Shift : Flexible

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, providing assistance with daily activities and personal care.
  • Respond to patient needs promptly, assessing requirements and offering appropriate support.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and urinary / fecal output.
  • Communicate with medical professionals to gather information on patient conditions and treatment plans.
  • Assist patients with medication reminders, staying current with relevant training and adhering to facility policies.

Requirements :

  • State certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
  • Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • COVID Vaccination / Health Documents / License / Physical
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
