Preferred Qualifications:
Basic English language communications required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer skills; HotSoS, ALICE, OPERA, MS Outlook preferred.
Valid Florida Driver License required.
Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and assistance to Guest Services team members.
Operates the dispatch desk, keeping all records neat and organized.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds.
Expedites and monitors lobby activities to ensure efficient arrival, rooming, and departure of Hotel guests.
Coordinates and oversees timely and professional luggage assistance and storage.
Other duties as assigned.
