Duties Include:
Build and Coach Small Customer Service Staff
Report to Operations Manager
Plan and execute training sessions
Perform individual coaching sessions
Track performance statistics to focus on training needs
Perform administrative tasks to monitor and prepare staff
Requirements:
Call Center and Inside Sales team leadership experience
experience with sales and marketing
Proficient computer skills
