You will be traveling to patients homes and doing basic nursing care such as vitals, medication management and assist with ADL's. Make your own schedule. Take as many or as few patients as you'd like. *HOSPICE EXPERIENCE_ & SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED. _
Summary
As an RN for Hospice, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their final stages of life, ensuring comfort and dignity. Reporting to the Hospice Care Manager, you will utilize your core nursing skills, including patient assessment and IV insertion, while also leveraging your experience in hospice care. Proficiency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with patients and families. Your expertise in EHR systems and knowledge of physiology will enhance patient care, making you a vital part of our dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality end-of-life support.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Travel nursing, Per diem
Pay: $32.83 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
