ResponsibilitiesProgram Director - Behavioral HealthCanyon Creek Behavioral in Temple, Texas, seeks a Program Director for a newly opening residential treatment program. The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of the organizational initiative including patient care for a 22-bed residential in-patient program.Included in these responsibilities are : Developing program strategies and objectives of high-quality treatment programs.The development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations program from inception to completion.Develop, implement, and effectively manage the program administration.Collaboration and reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and stakeholders.QualificationsMust have 3-5 years’ experience managing in a Behavioral Health settingLPC-A, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFTMaster’s Degree in Behavioral Health related field requiredDemonstrates good skills in all forms of communicationWorks well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperationAdheres to established hospital and department guidelines and protocolsSupports hospital mission, objectives, and protocols#J-18808-Ljbffr
