Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of our specialty retail stores, including customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Coordinate local lacrosse team events and outreach to drive sales.
- Weekend availability required, occasional support for other stores and HQ.
- Drive revenue and achieve performance goals with high energy and initiative.
- Support senior leadership with various projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of Lacrosse helpful.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
- Strong time management skills and a drive to succeed.
- College degree preferred, but not required
