Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at ULS. The Key Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to retain and grow relationships with top customers, acquire new high-potential accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor to our key clients. This role demands a unique blend of sales expertise, strategic planning, relationship management, and leadership skills, all while working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will be responsible for discovering new opportunities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our clients’ success by leveraging ULS technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Relationship Building: Act as the key liaison between ULS and our customers, effectively communicating across various platforms (in-person, phone, email) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Account & Market Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ULS technologies and customer needs to identify revenue growth opportunities and drive long-term business success.
- Strategic Account Planning: Prioritize long-term, mutually beneficial strategies, crafting and executing account plans to meet both ULS and client objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand ULS’s footprint in the market.
- Value-Based Selling: Utilize technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions, demonstrating the value of ULS products and services for optimal financial and functional benefits.
- Project Management: Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring projects and timelines stay on track while delivering exceptional results.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on account progress, goals, forecasts, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and highlight growth opportunities.
- Customer Adaptability: Engage with challenging customers, adapt to evolving needs, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for key accounts.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales engineering, or key account management.
- Proven success in delivering complex customer-focused solutions and exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts effectively.
